Frequently Asked Questions

What services do you provide?

We offer a range of non-medical and skilled home care services, including personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting), medication reminders, meal preparation, companionship, mobility assistance, and light housekeeping.

How do I know if home care is right for my loved one?

Home care is ideal for individuals who wish to maintain independence at home but need assistance with daily activities or ongoing health monitoring. We offer a free in-home assessment to help determine the appropriate level of care for your loved one.

Are your caregivers trained and background-checked?

Yes. All of our caregivers undergo thorough background checks, reference verification, and are trained to provide compassionate, high-quality care. Many also receive ongoing training in areas like dementia care, infection control, and fall prevention.

Can I choose the caregiver or request a change if it’s not a good fit?

Absolutely. We work closely with families to match caregivers based on your preferences and the client’s specific care needs. If you feel a change is necessary,
We will promptly arrange a new caregiver.

Is home care covered by insurance or Medicaid?

Some services may be covered by Medicaid, long-term care insurance, or veterans’ benefits. We can help guide you through the process of determining your eligibility and provide support with the paperwork.
